XM Commander

ok sry i'ma REAL newbie when it comes to audio installation and stuff like that.
i am about to get this http://www.myradiostore.us/bundles/c...commander.html but i'm concerned about the installation. will this be installed in the car? (obviously it will) but i dont want to use a car lighter or anything. how much will the installation cost, do i need to go anywhere special or can i just go to bestbuy or curcuit city? i want this to be hidden but i also want it to look like this (attached files) sry i stole these pictures from rotorgeek hope you dont mind

again i just want to know how much you think it'll cost for a regular guy like me who doesnt have any hookups to any shops. thanks for your time

really really easy install...those pics though show a major problem...a lower gauge cord coming out of the Ebrake hole...really you don't want any wires/cables coming out of there as it could shift and jam up the ebrake...and then who knows what could happen (aint pretty)

you can do a way better install then that though

get an integrated Pioneer XM receiver that works with the PIE Pioneer mazda unit and you can control stations/presets through the steering wheel controls

but if you like this install it in the ash tray area where the lighter plug isthen you can flip it down when you need to park in a bad neighborhood

talk to thew at rx8garage.net I belive that is the only dealer on this forum that is an authorized PIE dealer
