well this is awkward.

I hit a huge bump in the road and immediately my radio display and controls stopped working, along with the steering wheel controls.
any ideas as to what happened?

One of the plugs came disconnected the back of your head unit. This happened to me.

Remove the head unit and make sure everything is plugged in snugly.

just a tip for radio removal: PUT SOMETHING OVER THE GEAR SHIFTER BEFORE YOU TRY TO PULL IT OUT You WILL scratch your faceplate if you don't, no matter how hard to try not to

I've taken mine out 4 times without damage. Just take it easy.
