Question Vibration Dampening

Does anyone have suggestions on how to reduce vibration noise from the car when the stereo is turned up? When the bass is maxed out, and volume is up, obviously the panels will vibrate and buzz. I know there's Dynamat but is it effective? Are there any other products or suggestions on how to reduce panel buzz?
