I came across this site for designing a custom grill cover for my sub woofer...

However shipping is making it double the charge due to their location (I am in the US).

I Googled and came up empty. Does anyone have a on-line resource like the one I linked to for this service?

What is it you're looking for exactly? You might try a local machine shop, sometimes they'll CNC something for you but it will probably cost a bundle due to the machine time, you might also consider contacting a few local shops and see if they use anybody. One of our show car owners stumbled across a guy at a car show that was able to make him some custom ones out of aluminum, we've also made them out of wood before but they were kind of fragile.

The part isn't that bad it is the shipping that is killing me.

In the end it might be cheaper to go with them as they already have a template. I have contacted two local audio sources, waiting to hear back how much. However both stated from scratch (no template) would make it more expensive.
