stuck on sub, please help

whatup guys, to make a long story short. I installed my pioneer speakers. I have an amp a box and 2 12"subs. My friend didint know how to take the head unit and didin't try, but said it was probable that it did not have the ac inputs (whatever that means). Anyways, i now know how to take the head unit off, but my friend moved away. So here are a few questions.
-does it have ac connections
-what can i do to connect it if it doesen't
-anyone in the chicagoland area that could help me out.

Any other suggestions, please help me out
