Okay so I've searched high and low for an adapter to fit a 6x8 or 6x9 ( whichever it is ) to the front door on a 2004 Mazda Rx8 with Bose system... are there any? ..

 

I don't think I've seen anything for a 6x8 speaker in the doors, but I have seen adapters for 6.5 inch speakers.

If you want an adapter for a 6x8 you are going to have to make one. Any reason you want 6x8s anyways? There are alot more choices of quality 6.5 components than there are 6x8 components.

 

lol there's no reason ... I'd take pretty much any adapter size.. BUT my question revolves around the fact that isn't the BOSE speaker 9" ... ... what would i be able to put instead of the 9" .. is there like an adapter
