Soft(er) headrest inserts?

Does anyone make a softer insert for the headrests? I'm 6', so the back of my head rests where it's supposed to, but my girlfriend is 5'2, and her head is at the same height as the hole in the seat, which isn't exactly ergonomic. Every time I accelerate I hear bonk... ouch.

I feel so bad... after reading your post I just laughed really loud and then had to explain why to my wife. She then fixed me with the look and said, "It happens to me all the time, I hate those things".

Oops. My wife feels your girlfriend's pain. Literally.

I always thought that this configuration was strange. You wouldn't think that there would be issues exclusively for small stature people in a Japanese car. :-)
