Just got back from the body shop... was looking around the car and saw a scratch (dunno if it was deep, but did not rub off with my finger) on the LCD screen where the time is displayed... I asked the mechanic if they were going to fix it, but they said if it was not originally quoted on the estimate by the insurance company, they couldn't. He said he could tell the detailer to try to get some clear solvent or something to get it out, but I doubt the guy at the body shop remembered he told me to the extent of my being there.... so is there anything that could remove a scratch from that plastic without spending a lot of money, or replacing the entire thing all together?

 

tell your insurance Co your not happy that the repairs were not all done ..
