Maybe the entire thing isnt supposed to come out? Do you have to separate the molex and half of it comes out through the interior and the other half through the door?

I found it was easier to just remove the door to get good leverage to do run my wires through.. it's only 4 bolts.. and if you have a friend it's not that bad at all....

wickkedone, can you tell me if the entire molex comes out or do you have to split it open and only side of the molex comes out?

I'm thinking i have to stick a pick in and push on the lever as shown in the pic above to get the molex out, right?

I Pmed you. But yeah, the blue connector will disconnect the two halves of the molex. The rear half does come out all the way from the door. There isn't anything to hold it back once the connection is split. What I did was push the blue lever with a small screwdriver until it popped back. Then I pulled the front piece of the connector out. With the front part of the connector out, you can angle it down and get to the back half of the connector. There is a good amount of slack in the wiring, just make sure the rubber boot is rolled back as far as you can get it towards the door and you will have enough play to get it all out. This is definitely a complete pain in the *** but it can be done.
