removing the dash cover

Was hoping someone could help me out.

I am installing an Audiocontrol LC6 and I want to put it where the Navigation system would be (I don't have a nav system) I have the base system.

I removed the stereo with no problem, but how do you get the dash cover up?

Any guidance would be helpful. I couldn't find it using the "search" feature.

Thanks.

Check this thread
If you've got the stereo out. Just pull on the AC vents and then 2 screws holding the top dash part. Then pull on that to get it off.

thanks!

So what I can gather is once the stereo isout, I just have to pull the vents and then remove the clock. The panel then just "pops" out?

Also, I don't think that I'm going to bother. Now that I see the pics, I don't think that I can fit the LC6 there.

Thanks, anyway.

Yes, pull on the vents then you'll see 2 screws holding the top dash piece on. Remove those and then pull towards the front and up.

There's some room, but I'm not sure how big a LC-6 is?

it's pretty small, but not that small.

I think it's going to go under the seat.

Thanks
