red interior in a blue car?
so i have a winning blue 8 and i wanna redo the interior.. i was thinking of red seats and possibly red carpet.. what does the community think? yay or nay?
anyone know where i could find red carpet made for the 8 and a place in NJ area thats good a upholstery?

How about furry red carpet??? Are you a fan of Rick James?
My dad back in his day would customize his vehicles like that with fur and anything else you could think of...

go onto www.bmwusa.com and configure a blue 3 series w/ red leather so u can get a feel for what it looks like. u'll need to use the 360 exterior view AFTER u set the interior color.

i dunno...it could look good if done right. do you plan to add accents interior/exterior so it all flows right? If you just plan to get red interior on a blue car may look funny. Are you planning on just getting the red/black combo from another rx8? Or custom work?

Then again, I'm pondering red&yellow alcantara for my Lightning Yellow, so perhaps my judgment is suspect to begin with...

i dont plan on doing it all red.. right now im thinking about just the front seats and carpet (actual carpet not mats, mats will be black)
i thought about blue and black inter but imo thats overkill on 2 colors...

I have seen a full bride interior including seats and headliner in a wrb wrx and it looks good I wouldn't see why it would look bad in an 8? its not going to be everyones thing but hey who cares.
