Recommended protection for new car interior?

Recommended protection for new car interior?
I just bought another car with cloth seats (not an RX-8) and I want to do the interior protectants myself.
I could go with the usual Scoth-Guard for the seats and Armor-All for the dash, but I'm sure this board has a lot better recommendations. What should I use on the cloth seats and dash in a new car?
