Stefan.

What year is your car? If it is a 2009, then you just need a male-male 3.5mm patch cord from a dollar store from the aux jack on your console to the headphone jack on your MP3 player.

If it is a 2003 to 2008, then there is no separate 'cable' for an Aux. input to the radio.

You will either need to buy the OEM iPod adapter (which plugs into the connector of an iPod allowing head unit/steering-wheel control of the iPod) for ~$120, or one of the aftermarket options for iPods, or for other (3.5mm) devices.

Again, the cable for the OEM adapter is not available separately from the unit.
