Prob w/ cd changer

After I bought my '04 RX8 I noticed the 6 disc cd changer doesn't work. I can only play 1 CD. I try to load more disc and won't take them. How can I get this repaired or fix this problem? Any suggestions?

are you sure you have a 6 disc changer?

Pretty sure I do. There are the buttons to load and change the discs. That means I have one right?
