Omnifi DMP1 20GB Car Media Jukebox

I saw this on www.woot.com . It only cost like 139 bucks and I was wondering how can I hook this up? They said that all you need to do is hook it up to a cd changer but I have no idea how since I don't have an aftermarket changer. TIA
