No-drill parking sensors

I have installed both the front and rear no-drill parking sensors (http://www.parkingdynamics.com/) and I am not happy at all with them. I get false alert even if I go reverse in an open road, it looses the detection of an object while it was giving the alert, or you may even hit on an object before it recognises it. Generally speaking, this device doesn't compare in accuracy with the traditional parking sensor. It tricked me in buying it because of the fact that nothing would be visible on my bumpers which is nice for a sports car. On the other hand I don't want to be absolute about this because they still insist that they install it at other customers who are quite satisfied. This one I installed it myself but I believe I did everything according to instructions.

I just wanted to ask if anyone else has tried it on RX8 (maybe it is not good for rx8 since it loses it's accuracy if metal objects are close to the antenna/sensor)
