how hard and long does it take to replace the speakers and put in a new headunit? I have quite a bit of experience doing this but as far as the car is concerned, what do i have to watch out for or is there anything beside the normal harness for the headunit that i will need? i also have a RF power t2 12" that i want to get put in the car but the space limitations are going to make it a pain, but what types of subs have you guys put in the rx8's? and how were the enclosures set up? I am probably picking up a 04 this weekend in NC and want to try to get some work done on it this weekend. thanks

Go read the several corksport threads in this forum. You can't take out the stock head unit and expect your air conditioning to work without a special kit.
