Had the door panel of yesterday and depth should be fine.
Now as for hookup, just wire the Bose leads to the new speaker
Or us the included xover and wire the tweeter in as well?
I have the Image Dynamics tweeters in the sail panel....

 

FYI, the 652.7i speakers are at www.discountsjungle.com for $95. I don't know much about the company but they have great prices.

 

Speakers are ordered and incoming....
Took some pictures of the driver door panel and Bose woofer.
Will post later this week about the outcome

 

Yes, works great!
Almost no volume loss and much better sound
No distortion and a welcome addition to the Bose sound system.
Not louder but better, cleaner....
