Does you HVAC controls still work. I heard a lot of people having trouble with that. Is this the Metra kit or the ebay kit. You got any pics of the install id love to see them. pm me if you got any useful info to help me out on my build. Thanks. ^^ and like he said clean that interior.

ahh get off my ***! ha ha it was a looong night installing that... but you are right, I am ashamed of myself to let it get that dirty! But that picture was immediately after installing the kit.

DD= double din

It was the metra kit... I've never had a single problem with it.

If you ever decide to install this kit let me know I would be more than willing to help any of you out!

One thing with the pioneer is that is takes a few seconds to boot up.... but as soon as you turn your car on the music plays and you can adjust the volume. Once you upgrade the version 2.0 it works like a charm though.

The installation took about 3.5 hours.... It was actually a lot of small things to pay attention too and a lot of wires to connect properly. As long as you pay attention and follow the intsructions you will not have any issues!

If there are any problems let me know and I will have my tech call you!

Thanks for all the props guys!!

I hope you did the bypass so you could use your navi setup while you drive. In the 700's and 900's you couldn't mess with the navi settings unless the car was in park / neutral with the parking break on.. -_-;

Does your aftermarket unit work with the steering wheel buttons for audio controls? I'm not willing to give those up, I'm afraid :P

You have to buy a steering wheel interface, http://www.discountcarstereo.com/detail.aspx?ID=796
