hey guys. ordered a new headlight to replace my broken one.. it came in. so we installed it. went to turn the lights on and nothing happened. checked the wires and they're good. the headlight makes a ticking noise. anyone know how to fix it? is a HID xenon

return materials authorization. basically you contact the place you bought it from and they authorize you to send it back for a refund or replacement

 

Yea sounds like a bad ballast. When I had one of mine die out it would make a high pitched wining noise when you would turn it on.
