ok so i have 4 cold cathodes in my car and i just got my system installed w6v2 500/1 jl amp... when i crank it up my lights begin to flicker... i have a 3farad cap but still flickers and 3 of the inside cold cathodes blew... is this bc of how they are connected or do i need another cap or what?

 

Another cap is not going to help the problem at all. It does not create power, it consumes and stores it. Did you follow the advice of the grounding sticky? Is the vehicle running when this flickering starts?

 

i got a store to install is so im not sure... yes my car runs when the lights are flickering but only flicker when i pump up the bass.... lol
