if i remember correctly there is a separate fuse for the accessory port and the cigarette light, i also think there is a bigger fuse under the hood in that fuse panel, go through the owners manual and look for any fuse that says cigarette lighter or power point and check those fuses

i did find the cig lighter one in the driver panel but its fine. i searched the internet and am now wondering if there is like an in line fuse on those power lines that i might have blown.. in that case then iwould have to rip apart the entire carto trace the wires.... but im still confused...=(

Interior driver's side kneewell fuse panel (check first; not the same as cigarette lighter):
No. 3 AUX PWR 20A Accessory socket
Under the hood, near air cleaner:
No. 8 ACC 30A Lighter, Power control mirror, Accessory socket, Audio system
Of course make sure you first resolve what blew the fuse in the first place.

The front interior panel cigar/cigarette lighter socket fuse (No. 1) is not the same as the rear (console) Aux socket fuse (No. 3).
The under hood panel fuse (No. 8) tho' does protect both of these circuits.
I'm not aware of any add'l inline fuse to either. Don't see why it would be necessary given dedicated interior panel fuses.
btw: always check your owner's manual. My insight is from my '05 Shinka manual. Your fused-circuit designations may be different (although I expect similar).
