The factory Nav says it cannot read the disc. I took it out and cleaned the CD still wont work. Any ideas?

sounds like you need a new drive...

try a different disc if you can your hands on it. make sure the wiring harness is plugged snug, especially if you've messed around with it at all. take some canned air and blow it inside the drive. not much else to try...

 

Do you mean read the Navigation cd or you are trying to play DVD?

It can only read Navigation maps.

 

Navigation CD. It just stopped working. Ill have to try blowing it out.

 

Mine did this on a cross country trip.. started about 15 hours into the trip. When I turned the car off to get gas, it worked when I turned it back on. Haven't had a problem since, don't know if you could be so lucky too
