My Blue Suede RX-8

Yep that's right, it just got back from the shop today. I had blue suede installed as the headlinner or roof. I had my own two tone on both front and rear door panels made with the stock black leather and then blue suede (where the red leather is in the two-tone option RX-8 interior). In the front door panels, in the suede, I had a custom RX-8 and rotary symbol stiched in, in white lettering. I also had a seven inch clarion filpdown screen installed where the moonroof controls/ doom lights/ sunglass holder was, and they hide my sunroof controls under my visor. This blue is the perfect match. they painted the TV the same grey as the pillars with the airbags so it's a perfect match. Man it looks sweet. I can't find my camera so I'll continue to look for it and post photos tomorrow when I get off from school.
p.s. I hope I have been spelling suede right.

Concerning the suede installation, how is that done? I've seen the installation and I think it looks way nice but do you keep your original seats? And, did you have leather seats prior to the installation? That's what I wanted to do, suede up the interior ... couple of things stopped me, first was my questions above and second was how durable are the suedes compared to leathers? I just assume its not good, is that right?

When I got my Millenia S, I looked at the Millenium Edition one that was only available in Millenium Red and Millenium Silver; they had taupe/grey suede interiors. I decided against it because suede is too hard to keep clean. I'm sure the two-tone with suede is nice tho.

Sorry it took me so long but finally have some pics. Unfortunetly I couldn't find my cameras so I used my Video Camera which can also take still pics, but the quality is horrible and the battery died before I could get a shot of the TV fliped down, but you can see it in the up position in the 4th pictureand the 5th picture is of my hidden sunroof switches hidden under the driver side visor. Tomorrow I go down to Georgia for NOPI Nationals Supershow so if your going you can come see it in Person I'm in the red section Row F. Anyway while I'm there I"ll take some good photos with my friends camera so until monday when I get back these will have to do.

Was it worth your $2,000 (tough to tell from here because of the picture quality)

DIG the logo on the doors!!

I want to see the pics of the flipdown screen too--looks good-bery tasteful-especially for the Winning Blue.
