Hey, I havn't recieved my 8 yet, I was just curious if the system can play mp3 disc, or even burned cds for that matter. Thanks in advance

 

Here's a link to someone's review of the mp3 player. I found it by using the search feature (on the menu up under the blue rx8 between calendar and FAQ). Try searching for MP3 you'll get a ton of threads:

Neither the standard head unit nor the optional 6-disk stacker can play MP3 data files, but they can play audio discs burned to CD-ROM or CD-RW media.

The optional MP3 player (which replaces the single-disk drive in the head unit) can play all of the above plus data CD's containing MP3 files.
