Metra issue with time on dash

Hey all, I'm having an issue with my Metra adaptor. I seen to be gaining a minute or so every day on my clock. Sure, the time is my head unit now but I'd like them to match.

Is there a way to fix this? Or remove time all together? I see an option to turn off temp but not time.
