I noticed on Ebay that quite a few of the Mazda 6 stereo units also (due to how they are looking up part numbers) say they fit the RX-8. I'm curious. Is this true ? I ask because, for one, the AC vents are part of the piece rather than separate from the stereo and for two, I can't tell if it is more curved or not. The setup seems the same otherwise. I'd like to know because I like how the vents are the ones you can direct (the round ones) and it might give things a cool custom look. Would just have to figure out how to make it black (they seem to all be grey on Ebay).
