Ther eis also another option (or 2) is there not? using the PIE/AutoToys adapter, which I believe does NOT require welding correct? (provided no Nav)

There are a few options that don't require doing any physical modifications other than just plugging stuff in. I did the PIE+Dension route to get steering wheel controls. Soon Overload's module for AUX in will be finished.

Well, after months and months of waiting, i finally did what I should have done a long time ago... I broke down and bought the cassette tape module. I threw in a Sony tape/headphone adapter and assembled the radio with the tape adapter inside the unit. You cant see any wires, since the headphone jack wire is now run throught the center console and hooked up to my AVElectronics unit. No soldering, just a headphone jack to RCA adapter from Radio Shack and now I finally have a great sounding audio solution. Any FM modulated sound just didnt seem to give good enough quality. Since the tape hack would have made me use a dummy tape anyways....and I havent owned a cassette tape since 1989.... Im thinking this is the best solution out there for now...
