I have several questions. I never really had a car that had iPod integration. i always used the griffin iPod FM transmitter and just used a RazR mini USB b charger. (which plugged in the transmitter and charged the iPod at the same time)

im i the only cheap person here that does that too? if so anyone with an rx8 use an fm trasnmitter

i just didnt see any need in changing the HU since it worked. and the sound quality was cd quality.

BTW DONT LET GIRLS USE YOU FOR YOUR CAR AND MONEY AND DONT LEAVE YOUR iPod IN THE CAR WHEN A GOLD DIGGER IS IN THE CAR TOO.


recently i got my iPod stolen. and hahaha i wanted music so my other questions is. will the mazda stock HU play mp3 cd's?

 

there's your problem. if you had an integrated iPod you might not have got your Ipod stolen since it is a little more stealthy. the stock headunit will only play MP3 CD's if it is the MP3 headunit, which it will say on the front of it somewhere.

 

nah im telling you gold diggers could smell anything and everything thats expensive.

atleast it was 200 dollars and not an iphone or an touch hahah

I tried the FM transmitter thing for a while. It was awful. I drive through three counties on the way to work everyday, and it would cut out in the middle county every time.

I installed a PIE adapter not too long ago, and have not looked back. Well, that is until the DICE thread came up.
