Hiya Guys,

Just preordered the TomTom iPhone car kit which uses an audio line in jack.

So now i need to work out how to use that with my Rex!

Is it possible via a mod or something to get my car to accept a line in jack as a audio source?!

There are multiple solutions out there, but the best one (in my research) seems to be the XCarLink/AudioLink from the RPM store.

Unfortunatelu the RPM solution isnt an option as the ipone dock is already takken up by the TomTom Car Kit.

It needs to be an line in connection.... the only one i can find on sale only works in stereo sound though :-(

I don't understand why you can't use the XCarLink iPod integration kit. It also has a AUX jack input, so that'll work with your iphone aux output. Actually there are cheaper solutions from Grom audio and others if you don't want all the functionality offered by XCarLink

I received XCarLink today and I'm going to try to fix it tomorrow.
