Installed my leather seats but now we have problems =( please help

I installed the seats today and i have a few questions. 1) my seat the power seat, doesn't work in the car... but when i hook it up directly to a power supply it works fine. but not when its hooked up to the car. 2) for the heated seats.... i took off the shift **** and lifted the center console and i thought there might be wires/ connectors there for the heated seats but there wasn't connectors. there was about 10 or more wires but they were all snipped. is this what i need? they dont match the wires for the heated seat switches though.... Can some one help be out please i'm heading back to the junk yard tomorrow so if i need to get something i can get it there.

I don't understand it well enough to explain it correctly, so I can't help, but I can tell you when I had leather seats put in my '06 sport, the heated seats didn't work. they had to disconnect that in order for the airbags to work, which was (of course) more important. I finally took it to the dealer and paid, like, $300 and somehow they rigged it up to work. The heat isn't awesome, but I know different cars get different amounts of heat out of them anyway. All in all, everything works now, but it took a while and a lot more money than I expected. good luck!
