Info about RX-8 onboard computer!

Hi all!
I m new on this forum; but i ll soon buy a RX-8!

I would to know more info about RX-8's onboard computer!
What are the features of the onboard computer?
Should it show stats on fuel consumption; external temp; oil and water temps?
What more?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I do believe the things you are talking about, are only after the Defi guage modifications.

No trip....

The stock RX-8 has no 'trip' computer (I was surprised) so no instantaneous fuel use or average per trip functions.

There is an outside temp readout on the dash, but the water temp is a gauge, and there is no oil temp at all, which is strange because the car has two oil coolers.

The computer controls the complex engine, and security functions.
