how to the consol off

hi every one i need to help to take my center consol off so i can paint it (my friend)
if any one can show me how to take off the center consol part it will be good.

and i dont mean the center consol i mean the steal parts next to it i put a picture up to show you what i mean so it will be cool if some one helps me on this

you cant remove the silver peices buy themselves. you have to remove the whole console to get everything out.
