how to clean and protect alcantara seats

how to clean and protect alcantara seats

All leather conditioners I saw says not to use it on alcantara , how will I protect my seats or clean if anything pours on it, I had sonax interior protection done, but I am not comfortable, curious about if anything happens please help ..
