Help on system install????

hey guys where can I connect my remote (turn-on) wire for the amplifier??? should I connect it to the cigarette lighter(if so which wire) or should i just connect it on the back of the HU (and if so what wire color)??

Also where did u guys put the ground? do i gotta take off the carpet insulation?

i connected my ground to a bolt in the trunk, and then ran the remote turn on wire to the auxillary power socket in the center console (between the seats). if i am not mistaken, you should attatch it to the green wire. i had the same problem until someone helped me out. hope it helps.

I finally figured it out after 5 hrs of manual labor and troubleshooting.....

wat i did, just to let yall know how, on how to connect the turn-on amp....

run the remote from the battery and make a switch like somewhere near the center console and continue to run the remote towards the back into the amplifier....(what i have is a LED red colored switch so it goes with the car, and i mounted it near the shifter)

i was messing with the wires and it got me NOWhere to turn the amp on...
