Help with Screen conversion

I have been searching for hours trying to find a DIY thread on how to switch the factory NAV screen for a Xenarc touchscreen. So far the only thing I found is not in english. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess Ill bump this one up.... I found the greek site, but i guess it has exceeded its download limit for today. Anyone have a step by step DIY? I fell in love with Street Deck, and I think im going to replace my stock Navi with a CarPC.

Ive been searching and searching with no luck... PM me if you can help!
