Hello,

I own a may/2005 231bhp manual RX8, and it wasn't equipped from factory with a cruise control. So i bought one from japanparts.com and tried to follow the following fitting instructions:

The problem is that the pics from the 2nd post are missing, and i cannot pass the 27th point from the tutorial (Locate the correct wire, as shown in the photographs... )

So my question is, does anybody have those photos or can assist me in explaining what is the correct wire in point 27, or what to do from this point ahead?

The North America spec cars come from Mazda with cruise control. We haven't had to make this type of mod. Have you tried to PM the people in that thread and ask for assistance?

 

Yes i tried to PM/email, but no answers, and the author of the tutorial logged in last time 2 years ago.
So i thought maybe here, someone knows what's with that X05 connector and where is supposed to be connected to.

 

sorry like he said the n america cars come standard with it so not many ppl on here must have actual experience with it
