No I already got "the bolt" taken care of.
I managed to get the plug out of the temperature control...but I'm having a lot of trouble getting the plug out of the fan control.
What is the best approach to getting this one out?

 

Not sure if you realize it, but there are clips on each harness where you have to push a tab down in order to pop the harnesses out.

 

I can't find the clip on this one.. Limited visibility.
