Ah! you stole my idea! I bought the Drive + Play unit last night and tried to see if it would fit under the volume ****. No luck, the lcd is a few centimeters too big. I'm looking to maybe put it in the ash tray, but i'm really bummed that it didnt fit, it would have looked great.

 

Haha, great minds think alike. But I guess not so great if it won't even fit! Fortunately, I haven't got it yet. Do you mind posting the dimensions of the HK display unit? 2nd option, like you said is the ash tray.

 

Got the H/K D+P dimensions from Harman support:

The sides of the display housing are radiused. The width is 3 11/16” at its widest point and the height is 2 3/8”. The actual screen dimensions are 2 3/8” by 1 5/16”.
