GPS setup screen

I would like to go to the diagnostics section of my NAV system. I've read about things like "3 up, 3 down" and such. Where do you go in the NAV menus to do this?

I need to see the GPS satellite count and watch how it changes before committing to a window tint choice. Someone suggested having this screen up and watch what happens when you lay a piece of tint film over the rear package tray where the receiver is located.

Can anybody help?

ceramic tint is probably the best (also expensive )

Make sure you wrap it in tin foil to protect it during the tinting process!

GPS - window tint prep

Thank you one and all for the information. I have read a lot about tint here on the forums and want to get it right if possible. I actually *did* do searches on the gps back door part, too. The search engine would not let me submit "up, up, up" or other short words that I thought would help me find the screen commands.

I did what Pavehawk said and it worked fine today after work. I saw quite a few satellites with various color sensitivities floating about! Thx again!
