going to leather - what a PITA

 

hey if your car is still taken apart like that, can you snap some pics of the door panels. I want to replace the speakers and im not quite sure what to expect.

Tell me about it - when I got my Classic Soft Trim leather interior, I took apart everything myself, since I'm sure those folks would not care as much about not breaking stuff like I do. I removed the entire interior - save for the front seats. I didn't even let them put the panels back - I did the reassembly myself as well.
It was a lot of work but all worth it at the end...

How much does it cost to put leather in the car?

 

Are you having the seats retrimmed, or swapping for a leather interior with electric height adjustment?

If the latter... could you tell me how the manual height adjustment works on the driver's seat - if it's part of the seat base or a bolt-on part, and would you consider selling the lower frame of the passenger seat and associated levers and trims if it is something that can be detached? I'm very keen to get height adjustment on both sides of my RHD car

If it wasn't for location, I'd even be interested in the whole seat if you were swapping to leather.
