French Fogs, Amber LED Corners, White LED Parking Lights

Ok, I took some pics, crappy quality but they get the job done. I didnt like the stock 'driving lights', so I converted them to French Fogs. With Laminx Film, protects the fogs and adds a yellow tint, along with 80w Arctic Yellow bulbs. Next was Amber LEDs for the OEM clear corners. Finaly was the White LEDs to match the stock HIDs. I also did the 'fog mod' so I can use the fogs idependent of the headlights.

They look better in person.

Corners off (see, no color at all)

Corners on (bright amber)

LED parking lights

Stock HIDs on with the white LEDs

French Fogs Off (you can see the film)

Everything on (great visibility)

Those parking light bulbs are a bitch to replace. I wanted to do mine but lost the mood since they're so damn hard to get at. I have no idea why are engineers designing something this stupid.

The yellow fogs look interesting... I like them.
You should have taken the reflector out of your corner light assemblies so that the whole lamp lights up, not just the front part. Looks much better that way.

First of all -- looks great and a nice contrast with the grey. With so many people avoiding any tinge of yellow in their lights, going with full yellow really stands out!

I used Luminics "JDM Yellow" 55w h11 bulbs to achieve the same effect -- a rich yellow. You probably have more output starting with 80W bulbs. Have you had them on for extended periods? I was worried about exceeding the capacity of the housings and harness.

The Laminx film is giving me an idea. I've always wanted a third choice besides orange and clear for the corners. I want "lightning yellow" to match my 8. That film looks like a close match. From working with the film, do you think it would reasonably wrap over the exposed parts of the clear corners and still look clean?
