So does your 8 have the fog light bracket? or are you just swaping bulbs?

yes, its just the fog light bulbs that i want to change out, Blue Xenon HID Foglights H11.
- i bought them off ebay so im not able to do much other than send links from them... also the city lights which are the ones closest to the grill and inside the headlight housing.. i have LED bulbs for that, i cant get my hand in between the fuse box and the back of the headlight.

We now what you want to do...............the fogs are pretty easy, you just don't want to tackle it yourself? Are you not at all mechanically inclined?
The city lights(or parking lights) are also not difficult at all either, the only hard part is just what you said.......they are a bitch to get to. You may have to actually move some of the stuff out of your way. I'm sure if you do a search in the DIY section there are instructions in there on how to do it. If you think the fuse box side is hard to get at the parking lights, then you need to go look at the other side!
I actually changed these parking lights out to LED's without moving anything and I got pretty good size hands. It was difficult due to room restrictions, but it can be done.
