I'd like to know if this was possible

My car is an '03 leather pack. It only comes with electric drivers seat. I'd like to change my front passenger seat to electric as well... I was thinking if I can get an extra driver seat and install it on the passenger side instead, of course, I would have to figure out how to move the control buttons to the other side of the seat as well

Please provide me with opinions and suggestions guys...
