TX Electrical Problem...I think.

I've searched up and down on this site and haven't seen anyone that has had the problem that I have. The only things that seem to be working when I turn the key are the gauges directly behind the steering wheel and the exterior lights. Radio, HVAC, windows, and interior lights do not turn on at all. I've checked every fuse that I could find, both underneath the hood and inside the car, and every fuse seems to be just fine. I need some help here. Any help or suggestions from you guys would be greatly appreciated .

PS
The car is a 2004 six speed manual trans with power everything minus the navigation package.

I checked the fuse and everything seems to be just fine with the fuse. Nothing is discolored or even damaged on the inside. Thanks for the suggestion though.

If you let the car sit for one week you probably just have a dead battery.
Jump start it or take the battery to Autozone to have them charge and test it.

If the battery is fine (AND YOU'VE ACTUALLY VERIFIED IT) please describe your particular symptoms in detail.
