I figured, "what the heck...", I'll contact this guy and see what he's got to say...
Here's a copy of the email I received from Topshop:
.................................................. ................................

Dear Al,
The total for the door panels are $800 shipped to your door and we dont have any colors because carbon is getting hard to find especially in colors you can pay by credit card or paypal our paypal addy is topshop@santel.net . our return policy is that if its broken like right during shipping and when you recieve keep the delivery man there and inspect the parts before letting him leave and if they are broken its there fault and they should pay for a new set.

Woody

My comment:
I wasn't aware carbon was hard to find...
If I'm reading this correctly, there is no manufactures warranty / return policy....
I think I'll pass...
Sounds kind of fishy to me...

Hahahahaha! Like that'll happen: "Gee, Mr. UPS/FedEx guy, can you hang around for 15 minutes so that I can open the box, unwrap and check each piece, and make sure that they aren't damaged?"

I'll pass....

actually that is a common thing to do with bodykits and other large relatively delicate pieces...this way the responsibility of UPS/Fedex/DHL freight whatever is properly acknowledged

especially when about 1 out of 10 pieces are damaged

Carbon Fiber is getting more and more expensive u may not realize it but there are some businesses that deal with carbon fiber that have gone under already thanx to the Govt cause they pretty much declared themselves to buy all the stuff up so they can build more airplanes like that big sun of a B#^&* that dang near costed like 10 billion dollars to build ya know that huge one that was on Discovery. So that is one of the reasons that price is going up along with the lack of it. Ive talked to people that dealt us some rolls of it and in like 2 months its increased like $500 - $600 more than the last time we bought it.

you might want to start working in Paper Machete instead of CF to keep prices down
