I have a friend with aftermarket Navigation and his looks similar to ours but he can switch it to a 3D style view, and claims I should be able to as well. I attempted to "search" for this but the system said 3D was to short to search for.

 

yeah, but it's not really 3d and it's completely worthless.

it's just an arrow that tells you which way to turn.

 

yea... press the POS buttoin .. its just an arrow.. not a birdseye view or anything

 

Why cantthey release a software/firmware upgrade that makes the entire system 3D?
