converting to HIDs
#2
You need more than just changing bulbs. HIDs need ballasts which generate very high volts to 'force' Xenon to produce lights.
So you need a whole HID kit if you don't have factory HIDs.

I know this. I was wondering if I buy the stock ballast and bulbs and what ever elts. Do I need to tag it in to the light harness or is ther alreaddy a connector for the ballast in the harness. Because many maufactures just make one harness and hide the connectors that are not in use.

i bought mine here at this site, very easy to install and came with all the necessary parts needed to do the swap, dont get the ebay ones they will not fit because of the size of the universal bulb, the swap took me about 35-40 start to finish

In the options, at the bottom of the page, what "Bulb Type" did you choose:
The "Stock" H7 low beam type bulb, or the "D2" type (Like the factory HID cars)?
