Carbon Fiber Steering Wheels?
Does anyone make a carbon fiber wrapped steering wheel for the RX-8? I haven't driven an 8 in about 4 months so I don't recall the exact structure of the wheel, but ideally if you can take the center part (with all the buttons) off the factory and stick it on the carbon wheel, so the carbon wheel would have all the buttons and the mazda logo and look real, that would be sweet!
I don't know if you've ever driven a car with the smooth polished wood or carbon trimmed steering wheels, but they are so nice to drive! Your hands stick to them like they are glued on! Makes one hand turning much easier (and safer). As a last resort I know they make glue on carbon that would have the same effect, although it would kinda look like ****.
