my friend is sellin his 2 12'' Kicker L7's but with the limited space in the rx8 trunk, i dont know if i can even fit one. can it be done?

also, if its even possible, what would be the best way to face them?

I dont think you can. I have to 10" L7's and they barely fit. My box is approximately a cubic foot and it snuggs right in. Tens with the right amp is all that u need. Too much boom for a car like it 8 is just too much..haha.. in my opinion.. but anyways i doubt that the 12's will fit. Hope that helps :D

 

The speakers will fit but not the box. :D

Seriously, the problem will be the 12'' trunk opening, and then the available height inside, about 13.5 '' by the back seats.

12's may fit with the right box, but you'll probably have to face them upwards, rather than towards the rear.
